He has over 30 years’ experience in financial services, working for a number of different organisations in various employed and contracting roles, ranging from Financial Adviser, Area Manager to Learning & Development for firms such as Co-operative Financial Society, Chase de Vere and St James Place.
He brings to Perspective a wealth of knowledge and skills, adding real value. His role involves the assessment and support the initial and ongoing competency and development of our advisers.
His role is very varied and can be challenging at times, but never boring, which is why he enjoy the role. Andrew enjoys developing and supporting people to achieve their best.
