Sam has 15 years of financial services experience, including the last 10 years as an M&A adviser. He joined Perspective from Houlihan Lokey where he worked on a number of transactions in the UK wealth management sector, which included advising the shareholders of Perspective on their transaction with Charlesbank Capital Partners. He is also a chartered accountant, having started his career at EY.
Sam is Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Perspective Financial Group Ltd. He was appointed to the main Board in 2024 and provides leadership to the Group’s highly active acquisitions programme.
