His role mainly involves performing regulatory due diligence on target acquisition firms and he enjoys the varied nature of the businesses we look to acquire.
After Kristian graduated with a degree in Accounting and Finance, he worked within the conduct and controls team at Ernst & Young for 7 years, progressing to Manager level. His main areas of expertise were in the design, managing and overseeing of large-scale rectification projects and change risk programmes for major banking and insurance clients.
One thing Kristian has enjoyed throughout his working career is getting to know how different people and businesses operate and how each interprets the regulatory requirements. His role at Perspective provides good opportunity to meet with new Firm’s we are potentially looking to acquire and to really get an idea of what makes the business tick.
Kristian has a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and hopes to achieve his Chartered status in the future.
