She is responsible for building the internal HR function and supporting Perspective to deliver its corporate strategy and objectives by effectively supporting the Group’s people related requirements. She enjoys supporting the business’s success and growth through its people, seeing our employees succeed.
Lindsey has over 20 years’ experience in HR having developed her career strategically and operationally across various specialisms such as Employee Relations, Organisation Design and Change, TUPE, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Performance and Reward in a range of sectors including Finance, Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Retail.
Lindsey is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has a Master’s Degree in Strategic Human Resources Management.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family, working on her health and fitness, and taking part in adrenaline activities!
